Commercial Multi Engine Rating
If you currently hold a Commercial Pilot Certificate (Airplane Single Engine Land) and are instrument rated, upon completion of your training and satisfactory check ride, you will hold a Commercial Pilot Certificate: Airplane Single & Multi-Engine Land with instrument privileges.
There is no written exam for this course.
This course fee includes up to 7 hours of training in the Piper Seneca I, the airplane rental for the check ride, the study materials, and ground instruction needed to complete the course.

This is a 3 day training course.
Checkride is scheduled for day 4.
Initial Commercial in a Multi Engine
If you currently hold a Private Pilot Certificate (Airplane Single Engine Land) and are instrument rated and do not hold a commercial pilot certificate, you can do the initial commercial in a multi engine aircraft. Upon completion of your training and satisfactory check ride, you will hold a Commercial Pilot Certificate: Airplane Multi Engine Land; however, will have the private in a single engine with instrument. All of the requirements of FAR 61.129 (B) will be covered.
Prior to your training, you must pass the FAA Commercial Airplane knowledge exam.
This course fee includes 20 hours of training in the Piper Seneca I (to meet the requirements of
FAR 61.129 (B), the airplane for the check ride, the study materials, and ground instruction needed to complete the course.

Examiners Fee: $ 600.00
This course is extensive and requires 5 days of training. Checkride is scheduled for day 6.
***If you already meet ALL of the aeronautical experience requirements of FAR 61.129 (B), the course price is $3795. This includes the study materials, the necessary ground and flight training, as well as the aircraft rental for the checkride. The examiners fee is $600.
